The World Championship! The game's concept is quite good, but...there are always "buts". Read more about them below from the Yay or Nay ;) Fusion, Shockwave and Euphoria(the latter two are my TWHs btw) are the only ones who have brought home first places so far. Amarita's best is a second place. There is no way I am spending passes for this shit(pardon for that, but really, Howrse has gone pass crazy over time with the events) so please encourage my horses! I will encourage all I happen to spot at the Help a friend section. Thanks! :)
I decided to breed Blackbird in hopes of getting a throphy horse. I bred her to the best available purebred Arabian stallion and the outcome is a beautiful black filly Basimah. 943.65 are her inborn skills, 3105.13 GP and 255 stars. I really hope she will be a good competitor one day! I used a Hera's pack so her identical twin sister Baseema is up for sale in the direct sales! Go get her, it's possible she may bring in many throphies in the future!
When I logged in today, I had a message from doglover21704 stating I was her 200th congratulator and had won a horse with 3* tack! The horse is a liver chestnut TB stallion named Apollo, 2345.32 GP. Of course I am keeping him, I love presents :3 He is in color collections stable as my first TB coat. Big thanks to doglover21704! I really appreciate this!
Winter is currently in Horns of plenty and I had two HOPs to spend! And of course, no Divine, the best prize I got was a bonus for the Grand Prix. Not so bad tho!
In today's Yay or Nay...
The World Championship
Cons:
- Competitions! They are always nerve wracking yet fun!
- Possible to win lots of prizes and a Divine horse!
- Preparation, that gives your horse bonuses, is really easy to acquire. Even if you fail, you can always try again.
- You can receive extra bonus when asking your friends.
- You can help friends receive bonuses by encouraging their horses.
- You can buy tickets to receive bonuses immedealtly.
- The competitions won't affect your horses in any way: they won't gain skills and won't lose energy, health or morale.
- You have to pay if you want to ask bonuses from friends.
- Tickets have many benefits, but they cost passes.
- The progress is slow: you have to spend passes to have a chance of getting the Divine.
- You can only enter six horses a day for the competitions for free.
The concept is quite interesting and will keep you entertained for a while, though the chance of getting the Divine and bigger prizes is really small. This is Yay.
That's all for this time! See you around!
